If you’ve created a General App at marketplace.zoom.us, can you go to Manage → view your Created apps → Access → Event Subscriptions, and subscribe to the RTMS events you’re looking for? I included some potentially helpful screenshots below, as well as if you want to set your RTMS app to autostart.
