My coworker and I have followed a video on setting up RTMS titled: “Getting Started with the RTMS SDK” by Max, on Zoom Developers channel, however, when it’s running for meetings and trying to get data, it’s only giving us the below in the logs.

We are not getting any other events. Can you please help? What are we missing on settings for the account in Zoom or is there something we don’t have on our Corp. account setup right?
Is there anyone we can escalate this to so that we can check to make sure our account is setup correctly? We did the configuration to activate RTMS in our settings, but wondering if there is another setting that maybe has to be even further on the back end for the overall account? I’m up for speaking to anyone that might be able to help us out. Our Developer that has set this up by following the video by Max Mansfield step by step.
@steavis RTMS is not activated on your account. I’ve activated a free trial until end of May 31st. Based on your configuration you should be able to get audio and transcript using your marketplace app now.
Good morning @chunsiong.zoom … This being enabled helped us drastically. What do we need to do to get this permanently activated for us on our account? Can you help me out with this? Thanks so much! We don’t want the trial to end and us lose the functionality as it is working as expected.
