Salesforce Einstein Zoom Meeting IDs are invalid

Description
We have Einstein Conversation Insights turned on in our Salesforce instance, but the meeting ids being captured are intermittently accurate. What I mean by this is the UUIDs being captured are all the same format, but some will throw this error that the meeting doesn’t exist while others work as expected. I can then manually look up a call recording in Zoom, and can see that the video is embedded in Salesforce as expected, however there seems to be a disconnect between what clearly works in Salesforce and what Zoom is showing based on the metadata being captured.

Are you using the Salesforce Sales cloud integration? App Marketplace
or can you point me to the integration you are using?

We are using Einstein Conversation Insights in Salesforce which creates the video call records, while Einstein Activity Capture is used to integrate our team members outlook accounts into Salesforce

What I mean is the integration with Zoom, can you point me to which one are you using? That way I will be able to identify if this should be an issue for our support team or if this should be directed to the Salesforce team

In Salesforce in order to connect to Zoom there is the Zoom Video setup that we have a Zoom admin utilize to enable Zoom Video Integration. I tried sharing screenshots, but it can be found under Einstein Conversations Insights → General Settings → Connect a Video Recording Provider → We chose Zoom and then followed the steps to enable the integration

Can you ask your admin to confirm the Salesforce integration they have with Zoom? If they are using this one: App Marketplace
