When a Zoom Meeting invitation is sent from Salesforce it is missing details that are included if the same meeting invite were sent from Zoom website.

How do we include the Meeting Id, valid dial-in phone numbers, disclaimer?

How is this Meeting invite being generated? Are you using the Salesforce Zoom app or a custom solution?

We are using the official salesforce appexchange zoom integration app. I’m editing one of the email templates installed with the package. I need to know which field houses the meeting id so I can include it in the invite.

Hey @Gershon,

I checked in with our team on this, and they let me know that because of the way we package the email template in our zoom app, it currently only includes the basic meeting details. That said, I can definitely appreciate your use case—I will check with our team on how we can improve the flexibility of this integration going forward.
