I am using the Zoom+Salesforce integration

When I start a zoom meeting in Salesforce from the Lead/Contact view, a window is opened to Send email to attendee. My question is:

Is it possible to pre-configure the body of the email with the brand format and an introduction?

You should be able to configure this text in the meeting email templates:

thanks for your reply. Isn’t possible to customize some email’s details from Salesforce settings? For example, the subject or the body email to add the brand logo.

Hi @MEF,

Good question—I believe the Zoom for Salesforce app uses a standard email template, so you would need to customize your email settings within Zoom. I don’t believe it’s possible to manage this within Salesforce.
