Same as Forward Calls in Desktop application

Would like to be able to accomplish the same thing as Forward Calls in the desktop application. The web portal is aware of this setting, but no way to set it unless from the desktop app.

Use case is forwarding an end user’s phone if they are unexpectedly out of the office. Yes, you can change call handling settings, but the user does not get the nice little banner inside the desktop app if you adjust call handling via the API/web admin tools.
