SAML SSO error code 1021

Zoom cant create the account for some users when they login using SAML SSO. SSO is working for 99% of our users.

  • Error code: 1021
  • Error Message: The user can’t be added to your account automatically, please invite this user manually.

We cant figure out why very few has this error.
