Error message when trying to 'create sso user' with api

When trying to create sso user I’m getting this message with code 400:

“The ssoCreate option is only available for SSO Partners that have enabled the pre-provision option. Contact the Zoom support team to learn more.”

Welcome to the Developer Forum. Based on that error, it sounds like the ssoCreate option is not enabled on your account. Can you share with us if this feature is enable ? If not, please submit a ticket to our help center for further assistance getting that feature enabled. For reference, I’ve linked our SSO Pre-provisioning support article below:
