Screen share audio not working consistently across browsers

I’m experiencing an issue with screen sharing where the shared audio sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.

Additionally, when I try screen sharing in Safari or Firefox, the audio isn’t shared at all — is this the expected behavior?

I’ve already followed the steps outlined in the official documentation, but the issue persists. I’d appreciate any advice or suggestions from you guys on how to properly handle or troubleshoot this.

Could you share some problematic session IDs with us for troubleshooting purposes?

As for Safari and Firefox, these browsers currently don’t support this feature.

Refer to the Audio capture support row in the compatibility table for details.
