Audio doesn't work while sharing screen

Hi,
we have websdk version 2.11.0
Some users have issues while sharing their screen.
The audio stops to work.
Do you have any suggestions?

  • Browser Version 112 and 111

Hi @antonella.cirigliano,

This is currently a browser restriction. You can only share either your own microphone or browser tab’s audio.
