SDK crash after ending the meeting when connected to bluetooth

SDK crash when ending the meeting while connected to Bluetooth.

Able to reproduce on Android SDK sample app version 4.3.47200.0322

  1. Connect a Bluetooth speaker to the phone
  2. Start sample app provided in the SDK project
  3. Go to API User
  4. Enter Meeting ID (enter the PMI of the user that is logged in so we can start the meeting)
  5. Click ‘Start this Meeting’ (Wait for the meeting to start. Make sure the speaker has Bluetooth icon next to it on top left corner otherwise the application will not crash)
  6. Click ‘End’ > ‘End Meeting’
  7. Wait few seconds and the application will crash

Tested on Pixel 3 and 3XL running Android 9
