Security issues: Non-registered users are able to join meetings using the meeting invite link shared by registered users. This could compromise the security of your meetings and the confidentiality of the information discussed.

Dear Support Team,
I would like to bring to your attention an issue that we are currently experiencing with the security and access control settings of our Zoom meetings. Specifically, we have registered certain users with their email addresses to provide them with unique links to join our meetings. However, we have noticed that some of these users are able to join the meeting with different email addresses, and they are also able to share the meeting invite link with others who are not registered users but able to join the meeting.

We have created these links using Zoom APIs, and we have enabled automatic approval for up to 100 participants. However, we have observed that even when scheduling the meetings through Zoom, participants are able to join easily for automatic approval and for manual approval, the first attempt prevents participants from joining, but the second or third attempt allows them to join the meeting.

We would appreciate your guidance on how we can address these issues and enhance the security and access control settings for our Zoom meetings through the API or other possible means.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
