After collecting exceptions during video calls, we detected an exception with the value VIDEO_BACKGROUND_FAILED. This value does not appear to be documented. Could you provide more details on this exception?

VIDEO_BACKGROUND_FAILED

This error may be caused by a failure to load the virtual background image or virtual background processing failure. It can occur when starting video with the virtual background option set.

Thank you for your response. Looking at the logs, it appears that this issue is only occurring for Windows users. Do you have any insights on the possible causes or hypotheses?
