After collecting exceptions during video calls, we detected an exception with the value VIDEO_BACKGROUND_FAILED. This value does not appear to be documented. Could you provide more details on this exception?

This error may be caused by a failure to load the virtual background image or virtual background processing failure. It can occur when starting video with the virtual background option set.
