Let me send you a DM so you can share with me the response body so you dont have to anonymize your log and I will also need the tracking ID of this request (found in the response headers) to look into this specific issue (why you dont get the name of the caller_name)

I just want to follow up to this last query.
After reviewing the logs, our Engineering team confirmed that, based on the call ID provide,d it looks like the call was forwarded to an external number and not a Zoom number.
So this is expected behavior as the call changes from an external call coming in to an outbound call to the PSTN using zoom number
