Send updates button not clickable

Hi, I send the first review for my app in marketplace.

After some time i receive some recommendations and notes about the changes I should addressed for the app to be approved.
I respond to all notes and make all the changes but now I can’t click on send updates button eventhough I have regenerated the authorization url as suggested.
What might be the issue causing this?

Thank you for bringing this up. Usually, an issue appears on the screen that you need to resolve. Could you please share a screenshot of the submission page to help us investigate the cause?

Thank you but I have tried attaching the screenshot but am getting an error that attaching media is not allowed. How can I attach a screenshot then?
