Unable to re-trigger review after fixing missing documentation (Submit button disabled)

Hi Zoom Developer Support / Community,

We’re currently stuck in the app submission process and would appreciate some guidance.

Context:

  • Our app has already passed Functional Review and Security Review.

  • However, during the process, one of our required guide documents was accidentally removed from our website.

  • We have since re-uploaded and restored the document.

Issue:

  • The “Submit” button is now disabled/unclickable in the Marketplace submission page.

  • We are unable to trigger any re-review or update, even after fixing the issue so we cannot finalize our submission process.

  • Simply acknowledging the issue in the portal does not seem to move the process forward.

Please let me know the name fo your app if your still having this problem.
