I am a beginner.
I want to create “Server to Server OAuth App” but in the main menu (Develop->Build App) in (https://marketplace.zoom.us/) the three options (General app, Server to Server OAuth App and Webhook Only App) is not enabled.
How I can enable this options?

You might have to turn the option on in User Rights, please refer to this doc: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064983 to help you make the changes necessary
