What time zone is used for this call and is there a way to set the desired time zone?

The results are unpredictable
How To Reproduce
Can be reproduced on the web interface reports.
If two accounts are loading data from different time zones they will get different results.
I cannot set the time zone in the API request and therefor can not reproduce different results.
