I’m using the Android Video SDK Preview to create a session with a unique name and a single participant (following the guide at Video SDK - Android - Preview).
While the session is active, I can see it listed under Live Meetings on the Zoom Dashboard (zoom.us/account/metrics/dashboard/home/#/liveMeetings
) and the metrics update in real time. Once I end the session, it disappears from the live view—but after waiting over an hour, it never shows up under Past Meetings (zoom.us/account/metrics/dashboard/home/#/pastMeetings
).
Questions:
- Should ended Video SDK sessions appear under Past Meetings, and if so, what is the expected delay?
- If they don’t appear there, where can I access historical metrics for completed SDK sessions?

Hi @paul.mathew yes, the past vsdk sessions should show in your past sessions tab. The time it takes to upload should be fairly quick as the data comes directly from our meeting servers and only needs to be stored.
You can also access this data through our dashboard api: Zoom Account API
Hi @ticorrian.heard
bellow are the details from Zoom dashboard.
Live call
Session details for the above live call.
After ending the session when I went to the Past Session the above session details were not there so I searched the same and no result like in the bellow image.
Thanks for sharing this @paul.mathew . I reached out to our engineering team to see why that session is not showing. Here is the ticket reference, ZSEE-168788.
