I was asked by the business stakeholders to find a way how to reduce the costs of ZOOM licenses. In our scenario, we have 100 users who will host and record (cloud recording) meetings but no more than 50 meetings will occur in parallel which means that a pool of 50 licenses that would be randomly assigned to the users would fulfill our needs.
On one of the ZOOM pages, I’ve found information that “Zoom does not permit sharing accounts with multiple individuals per our Terms of Service” but I can’t find a relevant notice in the terms of use.
Is it “legal” to utilize one licensed user account for more than one individual? Or maybe it’s against your business model?
