SLA for Operation logs API

We’re checking the operation logs api for a building a potential feature in our platform:

And we wonder whether it’s possible to provide any SLA on the recency of events from this API. From our own testings, the events came up almost immediately after the operations.

But we wonder if it’s possible to have delays when the enterprise has a lot more users doing different operations?
What will be the general delay on events we should expect?

Please let me know if we should provide estimated number of users and operation rates. Thanks!
