Sound Problem in zoom web sdk 1.9.1

Recently our company purchase a zoom PRO plans. We have integrated the web sdk of version 1.9.1 in our web application. It works smoothly within 2-3 people but as the user grows, there arise sound problems. There is breakage in the sound, no clear sound and so on. Similarly, there is more issue from the mobile browser.

  • Desktop Browser : Google Chrome
  • OS : windows, linux

Sorry to hear you are experiencing audio issues with the Web SDK on Android Chrome.

Can you please share a video of the issue so we can hear the sound issues?
