Splunk Dashboard not receiving full Zoom data

Description
We are utilizing Splunk software to monitor our Zoom and Zoom Room environment. For testing purposes, we have the subscription set to capture all Events from Zoom.
We are receiving considerably different results on stats with Splunk vs. the native Zoom Dashboard.

Error
It looks like all Events are not reaching Splunk.
Example: “Meeting Particpants Join” webhooks hit but not the “Meeting Started or Ended” - Which didn’t register as a full meeting with alters our stats. Or “meeting Started” but not the “Ended”. It varies so much its hard to see where the disconnect is.

In that email, please include the name of the app where these webhooks are configured as well as the email of the app owner.

I’ll use that to look into this further.
