Start_url requires host to login

Hi,

When I create a Meeting using Api v2, I receive a start_url like this:

But when I open an unauthenticated browser (not signed to zoom) immediately after meeting creation I am redirected to sign in page.

Shouldn’t it work without host signing in?

Hi @jan.brabec

Due to security concerns, the start_url is designed to only sign in the Zoom client and not the Zoom portal within the browser.

I found were the problem is. When I created the user with custCreate, then such user has a small API icon next to it.

When I create a meeting over API for such user then the start_url requires login.

I guess that it is because I need to activate API Partner program, but isv@zoom.us does not even bother to replay to me.

when I create user with just create it works, but the user needs to create and activate a Zoom account.

I found out that the problem is because of custCreate user. I need an API partner program but isv@zoom.us is not responding at all. Do you have any suggestions?

Our ISV team is doing their best to answer questions. Due to COVID-19 they have been massive amounts of inquires. How long has it been since you contacted them?

They should be able to respond soon. Also, you can visit their site for more information and apply as well to be apart of the program as well.

Also, normally most users who are created need to manually activate their account through email. The custCreate user feature are for users who do not need to login into the Zoom Portal or Client.
