Starting an ad hoc meeting in Electron

Hi!

 

Is there a way for me to start a meeting not with my PMI but with a random room?

I need each meeting to go to a different room number.

Alternatively, is there a way for me to start a meeting through the API and then join it from electron as the host?

hi,

if you are the login user, you can pass the zero as meeting number when you call StartMeeting api.

if you use the api user, you need to schedule the meeting via our Rest api first.

Currently I’m using the login user. 

IF I start a meeting with the meeting number as 0, this will create a randomly selected meeting number?

Is there a way for me to then get the meeting ID?

IS there a way for me to set a tag for the meeting, which will then become part of the meeting’s recording name?
