Still Getting empty recording_end entries

This issue is still happening:

Can we expect this to occur normally or will the issue be resolved?

Webhooks & API requests for recordings have empty recording_end times for some files.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?

Which Endpoint/s?

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get a recording_completed webhook

  2. use /v2/meetings/uuid/recordings

  3. Look at the recording_files for one with and empty “recording_end” time.

Additional context
We’ve seen at least 60 instances of this over the last week.

I’m happy to look into this for you—can you please provide an example of the most recent payload you received that was missing the recording_end time? Please make sure to share the full payload.

Did the messaging system get disabled on the forum? That’s what I used to use to send private info over the forum. How can I send you the payload securely and not post it publicly to the forum? I’d rather not post customer data here.
