Streaming Closed Captions to youtube

I would like to know if there is a way to livestream with Closed Captions (subtitles) to youtube.

We have the closed captions in Zoom, but do it stream together with the audio and video signal to youtube?

And in that case? Are the subtitles mixed into the videostream or do they come separately as Youtube Closed Captions?

Currently you have to embed it using a video switcher or OBS. Then, stream it out to youtube. Let me know if this helps.
