Suddenly Zoom works very laggish, while CPU usage is low

I have an Ubuntu 20 for a while now. Lately, out of the blue, Brave Browser and Zoom started to become very very laggy, while CPU Usage is very low, and so is my memory usage.

Important to state is that even when i’m not in a meeting, it moves very slowly, while all the other programs in the back works just fine.

I have of course tried uninstalling and installing Zoom.

Specs: Intel® Core™ i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz × 8 16GB ddr 3 Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 4600 (HSW GT2) / AMD® Hawaii

i have a lot of free space on my disk.

I have made sure I have the latest updates on my ubuntu.
