Hi Zoom Team,
We’re looking to integrate Telegram chat messages into Zoom Contact Center, so our agents can handle them directly.
However, we couldn’t find any API to send external messages (like from Telegram) to Zoom agents or assign them to a flow. Could you please let us know if any API or integration method is available to support this?
