Hi, from Atlassian here! We submitted two new Zoom OAuth apps last week that integrates with the Atlassian platform to allow Atlassian to ingest Zoom data according to scopes and lets users view/search for their Zoom data in an unified UI experience. We got back some review comments and one of them is about a test plan. We had a few questions on the test plan doc we need to submit.

The comment mentioned, we need to provide step by step guide with test credentials/seed data etc on how our system utilizes different Zoom scopes the apps are requiring.

  • Do we need to provide Zoom team with a sandbox instance in Atlassian with test users from where these test Atlassian users connect to the Zoom oauth app against test users in a Zoom instance?
  • Do we need to provide Zoom team access to a Zoom instance with corresponding test users in Zoom? Or does the Zoom team have their own test instances they can test against? Our app is owned by our production Zoom instance and we can’t install it in any other instance until published. So we can’t really give access to a Zoom instance unless Zoom team has a way to override this for testing in which case we can give access to Zoom in in our test Zoom instance.

Will appreciate some pointers here!

Hello, we have our own Zoom accounts that can test the app. What we need is an environment where we can authorize the production version of your app and test the scopes selected and submitted for approval. Please provide test scenarios that help us verify the use of each scope selected too.

Hi @kwaku.nyante thanks for reply! While we work on a test plan, could we get some help getting our Beta apps approved? We have submitted both the apps last week and they got rejected citing lack of evidence for a few things. We have replied back in the app submission page for the user app but the comment for the Admin app was showing resolved. I’ve re-submitted another request for the Admin app but the same evidence applies to both apps. Will appreciate some help with getting the beta urls approved! The app names are Atlassian Teamwork Graph for Zoom Admin and Atlassian Teamwork Graph for Zoom
