The cloud recording download is incomplete

The cloud recording download is incomplete, the recording file size seen in the background management system is 130MB, but the API meetings/{meetingId}/recordings returns only a little more than 2MB.

Am I calling the wrong api? or other issues?

It may be that the meeting was restarted multiple times, but the api only returned the recording of a certain time and not the last. How should I avoid this problem?
