The MAC M1 video doesn't render

Using the latest ZOOM SDK, in the M1 environment, members’ videos cannot be seen after joining the meeting. Stable recurrence. We hope to update the SDK as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Or can instruct me how to do!

Unfortunately we are still working on adding support for the new Apple silicon. We do not yet have a set release date for when this will be supported, but please do keep an eye on our release notes for the addition of this feature.

I checked the latest version(v5.4.54802.0124) of iOS SDK, but this issue still exist.

As for macOS SDK, do you have any plan when this issue which M1 video doesn’t render is fixed?


We are planning on adding M1 support in our next release of the macOS SDK, but do not yet have an exact timeline for this release.
