The reasons for the deletion of the meeting cannot be ascertained

Description
A user of our service used our app to create a meeting.
The user confirmed that he was able to create the meeting URL, but it was deleted a minute later.
The user is not aware that he or she deleted the meeting.
It is not known whether this is a user error or caused by Zoom.
