The user need to see on the device that his camera is turned on and his image

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. join the meeting as a user
  2. turn on the camera
  3. the organizer sees on his PC that the user has turned on the camera but the user does not see his image on his device, and the camera is turned on

Device:
Iphone 13 Pro, IOS 16.3, Safari
