The user's image disappears, leaving only the virtual background visible when an object is placed in front of face

I am using Zoom Video SDK, and I am experiencing an issue where the user disappears when moving objects in front while the Virtual Background is enabled.

When the user moves their phone, their image disappears while using a virtual background.

Hey @Moon

Thanks for sharing the recording.

This is by design. The face is blocked by the phone in the recording.

If the detected presence of a person in the video is too low, the background image is used to fill the video.
