Virtual Background Disappears On Video Toggle

Description
When running the Zoom macOS SDK with custom UI, if a user sets a virtual background and then subsequently toggle their video off and back on, the virtual background disappears. When Zoom settings are opened, the virtual background is still shown as selected but it is not showing for the user. If the virtual background is toggle to None and back to the desired background, it once again works. Every time the video is toggled off and on however, the background disappears again.

This specifically occurs when using custom UI functionality on macOS.

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run the Zoom macOS SDK demo app with custom UI.
  2. Set a virtual background.
  3. Toggle the video off and back on.
  4. View that the virtual background is no longer active.

Laptop (please complete the following information):

  • Device: MacBook Pro
  • OS: macOS Catalina 10.15.6

Additional context
This issue does not occur when using the normal Zoom UI and only occurs when using custom UI functionality.

This still happens on window 10, latest version of zoom
