The webinar webhook send event when webinar registration created

Description
I make a webhook to receive webinar registration data from zoom for long time ago. Now I test register on webinar around 2022-01-14T09:23:00+0700 , I receive the registration complete email but no webhook, I click on cancel registration the webhook was sent to me, I already select Webinar Registration has been created event type. I dont know what happen.

Error
I not receive webhook when webinar registration created but I receive webhook when webinar registration cancelled.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
Webhook

Which Endpoint/s?
Can send on private chat.

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Register on webinar event.
  2. Zoom not sent data to webhook
