I need to send short Auth codes to users, in order to get two factor auth for privileged procedures with our software.

Hi Francesc,

Zoom Contact Center can send/receive SMS messages using configuration within the Flow, but this interaction needs to be triggered by the consumer sending a SMS message into a ZCC phone number.

We do not currently support API endpoints for triggering outbound SMS messages, like the 2FA scenario you mention.
