As seen in this question, when a transcript is displayed during a call, each turn has a name associated with it. However, when you download the transcript, there are only timestamps, without names.
The otter.ai transcript, which Zoom’s ASR is based on, does have names. My organization would prefer though to not pay extra for otter.ai on top of Zoom.
Is there a way to activate this, or does this need to be added? Without names, it is impossible to review a meeting transcript afterwards.
