We are creating a host-less conferencing platform (ie we receive the audio recording in the cloud). Is there a way we can programatically enable transcription and if so, can it be retreived programatically.
If the answer is yes, is the transcript diarised using the speakers or is it estimated and can you get time stamps?

Great question, and yes! If you enable Cloud Recording for your meetings, you can include transcription as part of this functionality. Here is more information on transcription:
