We have two different users with the same email.

How is it possible?

Thanks for reaching out about this.

In taking a closer look, I can see that one of these User IDs is paired with the user’s Single-Sign On login, while the other is associated with their non-login profile (API User). One email can be associated with a non-login and login version of a user.
