User is has been add to new user as pending user, but he didn’t receive any approval email and when the user account want to update the user type with API, it return user does not exist with code 1001

Happy to help. To clarify, are you saying that you created a new user via API, but the user who was created never got an email after creation?
Additionally, was the user still pending when you tried to query them via API? And are the credentials you’re authenticating your request with associated with the same account under which the user belongs?
