Unable fetch the answer of the user in the poll report API endpoint

I am using below endpoint polls_url_id = f’/report/meetings/{meeting_id}/polls’
polls_url_uuid = f’/past_meetings/{meeting_uuid}/polls’ and it was working till 11 Jun 2024 but suddenly stop working. I need the user response of the question in the polls.

Hi @elisa.zoom it shows “Meeting does not exist: 96790823272” however these are working till 11 Jun 2024, also I have noticed child accounts data not accessible. If you want I can provide example of more such cases.

I do not see these meetings in our Backend. Can you make sure that these meetings were not deleted?

Yes, these are not deleted. However, these are scheduled from the subaccounts of the parent account EM-PGDL-8@ERULEARNING.COM. Currently, none of the details of subaccounts are available from the API. Kindly suggest.
