Unable to Claim 2,000 Free Credits for Zoom Video SDK (New Account Requirement Popup)

Hi,

I’m trying out the Zoom Video SDK for an upcoming project. I created a new Zoom account and attempted to activate the 2,000 free credits, but I keep getting a popup saying I need to use a new Zoom account to place the order.

I even tried creating another brand-new account, but the same message appears.

That’s frustrating, especially when you’re using a brand-new account. It sounds like Zoom may be flagging accounts by payment method or IP rather than just the email. Might be worth contacting Zoom support directly, as this seems more like an account-side restriction than a setup issue.
