We have integrated our LMS with ZOOM using the APIs and are attempting to create Webinars and Meetings using Templates. Using the instructions here:
We are appending the Template Id to the Create Meeting method but it seems from further discussion that the Template ID must be an Admin template ID.
There is no documentation but comments seem to indicate that this is a feature that is not enabled by default and must be turned on. We have requested that admin templates be enabled on our account but cannot seem to get them enabled.
How are we supposed to use the API to create a Meeting or Webinar with a template if we must use an Admin Template and there is no means to have that feature enabled?
Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
We are using the JWT App type for communicating.
