Unable to Deactivate User with the Update User Status API

Hi,

We are running into an issue with the Update User Status API for Deactivating a User in the Zoom Account. We found out that after a successful API call followed by the 200 Response, the User did not get deactivated in the Zoom account and was only getting downgraded. We tried this with other Zoom account and the API was working as expected. But this particular Zoom account the user is not able to be deactivated and only getting downgraded to Basic License. We wish to know what is the cause behind this behaviour as this is an urgent issue that is linked to one of our customers. Any update on this or the Root cause will be very much helpful
