Unable to Edit Submitted Zoom App

Hello,

I’m reaching out because I’m unable to make edits to an app I previously created.
When I log in with the app owner’s account, all of the settings appear to be disabled and I’m not sure how to proceed.

Specifically, I would like to update the images I submitted for the App Gallery when the app was initially created. Here’s some context:

About a year ago, I created and submitted a Zoom app called CLOVA Note Bot.
To the best of my recollection, I submitted the app in an unlisted state. However, I recently noticed that the app is now visible on the Zoom App Marketplace.
As a result, the images and video that were submitted for the App Gallery are now publicly visible. These materials were created under the assumption that the app would not be publicly listed, and I would now like to replace them with updated versions.

I have reviewed the documentation on updating published apps here: Updating an App,
but it doesn’t seem to cover this specific case where the app settings are disabled and I cannot initiate an update or resubmission.

Could you please advise me on how to proceed with editing the App Gallery content?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Hi @toodury

Thank you for reaching out. I have searched internally for this App and it doesn’t seem to be published. I will DM you for more information on this app.
