Unable to register to webinar for new users - API CRITICAL issue

We have encountered the issue while a new user is signing up and registering for the event in the app(CWC Khushi app) Error:“You have exceeded the daily rate limit of (3) for Add a webinar registrant API requests for the registrant (monew34540@movfull.com). You can resume these API requests at GMT 00:00:00.” This error occurs because the Zoom API request limit has been exceeded. I kindly request to address this issue asap , as the rate limit for API requests has been surpassed.

This is significantly impacting our ability to manage registrations and event planning. We rely on the Zoom integration for this process, and the disruption is affecting our operations.

This is actually expected behavior, there’s a rate limit on the “Add webinar registrants” endpoint that only lets you add the same registrant to the same webinar up to 3 times
