Unable to request few scopes in Oauth account level app

How To Reproduce

We have an OAuth app which we want to submit for review. But Im unable to add the following scopes to it as the button is disabled - ‘user:read:admin’, ‘meeting:read:admin’

I can provide more details about the app on DM.
Could you please help to enable the buttons?

Hello, @srividhya responded to this in DM but you cannot add scopes when the app has been submitted if you need to add anything withdraw and give it a try again.
