Hey @elisa.zoom I am facing the same issue with the RTMS granular scopes not appearing for the app. Could you please help me with this?

Also, if possible, could you please document the solution somewhere seeing the number of people facing the same issue? I was following the quickstarter video and the rtms_samples repository which mentions no additional steps.

I am facing the same issue. I am building a prototype using the rtms-meeting-assistant-starter-kit for development and evaluation purposes.

However, the RTMS granular scopes (specifically meeting:read:meeting_audio and meeting:read:meeting_transcript) are not appearing in my app configuration.

My app is user-managed. Could you please enable the RTMS feature for my developer account so I can proceed with my testing?

Hi Zoom team — I’m running into the same issue and need RTMS Meetings transcript access enabled.

Goal: RTMS for Meetings → live transcript text only (real-time closed captions). No audio/video consumption, no bots, no SDK.

Current state (General OAuth app):

I can add Meeting RTMS event subscriptions: “RTMS started in Meeting” and “RTMS stopped in Meeting”

I can add RTMS notification scopes such as rtms:read:rtms_started / rtms:read:rtms_stopped

But I cannot see or add the scope meeting:read:meeting_transcript in the scope picker (only cloud recording transcript scopes appear, e.g. cloud_recording:read:meeting_transcript)

Request:
Please enable RTMS Meetings transcript media access for my account/app so that meeting:read:meeting_transcript becomes available (and confirm if any additional scopes are required).

Additional context:
Currently in local development
Initial deployment is for a church environment
Transcript-only streaming (no audio/video ingestion)

I can provide Zoom Account ID and App ID via DM if needed.

We submitted the RTMS sales form but received no confirmation email after 48 hours; forum enablement is our current path.
